It means a lot to have you as David’s doctor for his scary heart episode. Thank you for all you have done for him! All of us, his family, are very grateful to you and Dr Bayardo and the hospital staff.
As you know, our daughter, Aime, is a nurse, and she began her career in an advanced cardiac critical care unit in Washington state. She is currently an emergency room charge nurse.
We are very grateful for her and her care and concern for us. We don’t understand all the details of what is happening with David, but she does, and we are grateful for that. She has asked us to request the following list from you.
