This is a follow up reply after being treated for PSVT on January 12, 2022.
Firstly, without going into great detail, let me say that I was completely satisfied and impressed with my treatment by all of the doctors, nurses and staff at Costa Med. I cannot imagine being treated any better and professionally than I was during my time there. Thank you very much for everything. Also, please thank Dr. Dario Gomez for his assistance during my visit.
After discharge, I remained in Cozumel for 10 days with no signs or symptoms related to the SVT episode. My resting and standing heart rate remained at my normal and constant rate. I rode my bicycle daily for 3-4 hours as is usual for me and had no problems at all. I swam in the ocean and snorkeled with no issues. After meeting with my dive operator, Blue Project (Blanca Garcia) it was decided that I would not dive from a boat for the remainder of my time during this visit. I did a shore dive to 22′ of depth for 1.5 hours with a dive buddy and had no problems or issues at all.
