Dr. Moguel tended to me at CostaMed hospital, Cozumel when I was suffering from a Deep Vein Thrombosis. After significant testing he diagnosed me with May-Thurner syndrome which is rarely diagnosed correctly. I decided to get treatment for this problem in the USA, taking all the diagnostic reports from him. The diagnosis was followed up by my vascular surgeon who confirmed the diagnosis from Dr. Moguel, it is not a syndrome regularly looked for after having a DVT. Dr. Moguel was correct with his diagnosis and I received surgery, the findings of the angiogram discovered a 100% complete lack of circulation in my pelvis from my left leg to my right side. This was corrected thankfully with a 20cm stent. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moguel or call him again if I have another problem.
