My wife was recently a cardiac patient of Dr. Rafael Moguel. I can honestly say he is the most competent and caring doctor we have ever met. His expertise as a cardiologist is beyond reproach and his manner in treating my wife was one on caring. He went above and beyond the medical code to provide us with a proper diagnosis.I have no problem recommending Dr Moguel to anyone.

My wife and I both felt very comfortable with Dr. Moguel and right away knew my wife was going to receive the best of care.
We believe he went above and beyond the medical code to provide us with a proper diagnosis and his suggestions for follow up care were excellent. In fact the cardiologist we met with , on our arrival back in Canada, described the treatment and reports from Dr. Moguel as extremely thorough and above standard care.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moguel to anyone. This I said to people who live in our home community of Chan Chemuyil, Quintana Roo, on our community Facebook site.
